We are in Sunny St. George for my birthday. It has been a fun trip. Thursday we were able to find old pictures of my 1967 Mustang. You can view those pictures on my Mustang Blog. Now we know what to restore it back to. That was exciting.
Today, being my birthday, Mike took me to breakfast at Denny's. It was rather packed, but I always love Denny's. We then went four wheeling with my parents. We went thru Leeds and Silver Reef and went all over the hills. There were lots of abandoned mines to look at.
This one we walked out onto the rebarb and looked down. I was fine making it out there but suddenly got very scared on the way back. I had to have Mike hold my hand. I thought I was going to die!
Mike was checking out the remains of an old building.
My mom and dad
There was an old abandoned car so Mike had to go see it.
This is my mom sitting by the petroglyphs.
It has been a fun day so far. Now we are going to do a BBQ tonight and do Cake and Ice Cream. It should be fun. I love to spend time with my family, so it should be a blast.
I also have to post a couple of things I found while searching for Mustang Pictures. The pictures are kind of blurry since I had to take pictures of pictures (I dont have access to a scanner).
These are my neices when they were little. Hannah is on the left (who is now13 yrs old), Kristin is in the middle (who is now 12), and Lizzy is on the right (who turns 15 next month). Just another thing to make me feel old. I just thought this picture was cute.
This was the little tag on my crib at the hospital when I was born. I had never seen this before so I was excited to come across it on Thursday.
