I love when we do little weekend projects. Sunday we decided to tackle the mailbox. Our mailbox is boring grey. The numbers were starting to peel off so I decided it was time to fix it up. So we spray painted it a pretty metallic blue. Because Mike is a big mustang fan, we figured it would only be appropriate to put racing stripes down the top. We also bought new numbers and even put Epperson on the front.

This is the mailbox on the post. Its hard to see but on the very front it says Epperson. I was so excited to get it all done. It looks awesome. I was sad to find that Monday during the rain and dust storm, it got very dirty. So it doesn't look as good... but it still looks better than plain grey.
