Mama Mia

I got to see Mama Mia last night. That show was incredible! I LOVED every minute of it. It was so much better than the movie. I am so glad I got to go. It is also a big plus getting to go with family.

Yesterday started out with me at work at 6 am... which means I was up at 5:30 am in the morning. Mike dropped me off at work and then went home, changed my oil, rotated my tires and then dropped my car off for emissions and inspections. He then spent the morning working on my '67 with his dad.

Anyways I only stayed at work till 12:30 (I was working overtime so I was not obligated to a full day). Mike came and picked me up and we did some Fathers Day shopping and got lunch before heading home. It doesn't seem like we were really home very much yesterday between picking up my car and then meeting for dinner with Linda, Dave, and my Dad. It is always fun to go out to dinner with them all.

After dinner Linda, Dave, Mike and I headed to the Capital Theater to see the play. We have front row balcony seats so I didn't have issues with someones big head in my way. It worked out well. The play really was incredible. Afterwards... we spent a good 10 minutes searching for the car in the parking garage. Luckily we were not the only ones who were totally lost in there. Finally we found it and headed home. We didn't end up getting in bed till about midnight.

It was such a busy day, but such a fun day! The only down side is I think the lack of sleep has gotten to me and my cough turned into a full blown head cold. So I feel like crap and really dont feel like doing much of anything. Oh well... it was worth it for all the fun I had last night.
